I will provide you with a dedicated telephone number which you then divert your phone to.

All telephone calls will be answered within 3 rings, in a professional manner – as if I was sat in your premises.  Full contact details will then be taken, along with a message.  Messages will be emailed to you.  Alternatively, you may want some calls to be transferred to your mobile phone or landline or, another colleague.

i want to sign up - what do I need to do?

Excellent!  First of all, decide which package suits best to your business – depending on how many calls you usually get for your business.  Then, contact me on 0330 223 2136 to put the wheels in motion!

What information do you need from me?

All I need is your business details and any phone numbers needed for any call transfers.  

how do the packages work?

Once you have decided which package is right for you – an invoice will be sent.  It’s worth noting that you will also receive a report each month of all calls received.  Additionally, you will see the calls that have been transferred.  These charges will be added to your next invoice.

how do i receive my messages?

All messages will be emailed to you.

What hours do you cover?

My call answering service is available between 9am – 5.30pm.  Any out of hours calls will go through to Voicemail whereby I will pick up any left messages and call back any missed calls. 

Am i tied into a contract?

Nope.  No tied in contracts, for the reason of your business may change from month to month.  Meaning, this telephoe answering service is flexible.    All you would need to do is sign an Agreement which confirms our partnership.  You can end the agreement with 1 weeks notice.

what if i need more than just the call answered and a message taken?

No problem.  I offer a full Customer Service experience which means I can help resolve complaints and any queries.  Answer any questions relating to your services or products.  Take bookings for any events.  Co-ordianate stock and deliveries.  Even schedule appointments straight into your calendars. 

what are the call transfer charges?

UK Landline : 1 pence per minute

UK Mobile: 10 pence per minute

can i change my package at any point?

Yes, sure! Just let me know before the end of each month.  You can upgrade and downgrade.

How do I pay you?

An invoice will be sent to you at the beginning of each month.  You can pay via Bank Transfer.
